HARD SURFACE CLEANER REFILLS

Better by design.
Less water to ship.

Concentrated cleaning ingredients in water-soluble film. Add water at the point of use to make the surface cleaner you need—while reusing the bottle you already own.

Revopods connects formulation, refill design and manufacturing across kitchen, bathroom, all purpose, glass and floor cleaning. Built to make everyday cleaning better, more affordable and less resource-intensive through a smarter product system.

THE REFILL PRINCIPLE

High water content.
A different way to deliver cleaning.

Ready-to-use hard surface cleaners typically contain a high proportion of water. Revopods supplies the cleaning ingredients in a concentrated refill instead, removing most of the dilution water that would otherwise be manufactured into, transported with and stored as the finished liquid.

The concentrate is sealed in water-soluble film. Add the specified amount of water and follow the mixing instructions: the film dissolves and the ingredients become a ready-to-use cleaner, or a defined cleaning dilution for the intended application.

One delivery platform, application-specific formulas. Kitchen grease, bathroom deposits, glass finish and floor care call for different formulas. Each refill is developed around its surfaces and cleaning task.

CONCENTRATE · RECONSTITUTE · REUSE

01 · Add the refill

Use the specified dose in a suitable reusable container.

02 · Add water

Follow the product-specific water volume and mixing instructions.

03 · Clean & reuse

Allow full dissolution, then spray, wipe or mop as directed.

Ship the cleaning ingredients.
Add the water where it is used.

Container, dose, dilution and dissolution time are defined for each final product.

A BETTER PRODUCT SYSTEM

Better cleaning economics.
By redesigning the whole journey.

Refills change how a cleaner is manufactured, delivered and used. The opportunity is to preserve the performance people expect while removing avoidable costs and material use throughout the system.

01 · MANUFACTURINGMake the concentrate.

Develop and encapsulate a compact formula rather than supplying the full volume of diluted liquid. Formulation, filling, film and protective packaging are designed together around this manufacturing route.

02 · DELIVERYDeliver less water.

Move a smaller, lighter refill through transport and storage. The water needed for the finished cleaner is added at the point of use, creating opportunities to reduce freight and warehouse costs.

03 · USE & REUSEReuse the bottle.

Keep the sprayer or cleaning bottle in service and buy the concentrate for each refill. Fewer replacement bottles and less shipped water can support a lower delivered cost and lower material use per cleaning task.

Savings and environmental outcomes depend on dose, packaging, logistics, bottle reuse and the validated formula. Our design goal is the same useful cleaning performance with less total cost and resource use.

THE REVOPODS FOUNDATION

A complete product ecosystem.
Built to bring refills to market.

A refill product works when chemistry, film, product design and production work as one system. Our integrated development foundation connects these capabilities.

01 · EXPERIENCEPod expertise since 2012.

Our team's manufacturing and product development experience in water-soluble pods dates back to 2012. That practical knowledge informs formula compatibility, encapsulation, mold design and production processes.

02 · COLLABORATIONA global partner ecosystem.

We work with leading global partners to build a new manufacturing ecosystem for refill products, connecting materials expertise with formulation, equipment and product development.

03 · IN-HOUSE DEVELOPMENTEquipment, formulas & design.

Our independently developed production equipment, proprietary formulations and in-house product designs form an integrated foundation—from the refill concept to its manufacturing process.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Understanding surface cleaner refills.

How do water-soluble surface cleaner refills work?

They supply a concentrate inside dissolvable film. Add the specified amount of water in a suitable container and follow the mixing instructions. The film dissolves and the ingredients form the intended cleaning dilution.

Why are high-water-content cleaners suited to this approach?

A large part of their supplied volume is dilution water. Moving that dilution to the point of use lets the cleaning ingredients travel in a smaller format, changing manufacturing, packaging, transport and storage requirements.

Can one formula cover all five categories?

The refill delivery principle is shared, but the formula should follow the cleaning task. Kitchen grease, bathroom deposits, glass finish and floor care have different requirements. Surface compatibility and performance are evaluated for each product.

Can refills make cleaning cheaper?

They can remove repeated purchases of rigid bottles and reduce the water volume carried through freight and storage. Final pricing depends on formulation, refill packaging, manufacturing scale and distribution.

How can the system reduce environmental burden?

Bottle reuse and less shipped dilution water can reduce material and transport requirements. The actual result depends on packaging, shipping, reuse frequency and performance; quantified environmental claims require a defined comparison.

How are floor cleaner refills used?

The product can be developed around a reusable bottle or another defined dilution routine, depending on the floor-care task. Follow the final dose and instructions, and use only on flooring specified as compatible.

Can Revopods develop a product for our brand?

We can develop the formula direction, dose, film compatibility, refill design and manufacturing route around your category, market, performance expectations and target cost.
