GLASS CLEANER REFILLS
Clear glass.
Considered chemistry.
A smarter refill.
A compact glass-cleaner concentrate built around a low-VOC solvent approach, high-performance surfactants and selected polymers for a clear, low-residue finish.
Add water to prepare your cleaner. Keep the spray bottle in use and deliver the cleaning formulation as a compact refill.

01 · CONCENTRATEUp to 30× concentrated
A compact concentrate developed to restore a ready-to-use glass cleaner at the specified dilution.
02 · REUSEKeep your spray bottle
Refill a compatible reusable dispenser bottle instead of replacing it with every purchase.
03 · PRE-MEASUREDOne pod. One bottle.
A defined refill dose matched to the specified water quantity and bottle volume.
04 · PREPAREAdd water. Mix. Clean.
The concentrate is enclosed in water-soluble film for a straightforward refill routine.
THE DIFFERENCE IS IN THE FORMULA
Clean glass starts
with a balanced formulation.
Solvent selection, surfactant performance and polymer additives work together to remove everyday soil while helping control streaks and visible residue.
01 · SOLVENT SELECTIONA low-VOC approach
The solvent system can be developed around low- or zero-VOC solvent options while maintaining the intended cleaning and drying experience.
The final VOC profile is established for the finished formulation and the definition used in its target market.
02 · SURFACTANT PERFORMANCEEffective soil removal
Selected high-performance surfactants, including BASF options, help lift everyday soils from compatible glass surfaces.
Plant-derived and biodegradable ingredient options can be selected as part of the formulation brief.
03 · POLYMER ADDITIVESA clear, low-residue finish
Selected polymers support an even finish and help reduce visible streaks and residue after wiping.
Surface-care and anti-fog properties can be developed for the intended application, with performance confirmed for the final formula.
RESTORE THE CLEANER AT THE POINT OF USE
Compact concentrate.
Familiar glass-cleaning routine.
The formula is delivered as a concentrate rather than a full bottle of diluted cleaner. Once dissolved at the specified water volume, the resulting solution is ready for its intended glass-cleaning use.
Cleaning performance, wipe behavior, drying and visible residue are developed around the finished diluted product, so the refill format fits into a familiar spray-and-wipe routine.
DESIGNED FOR A CLEAR FINISH
Lift soil.
Wipe evenly.
Leave glass clear.
Balance the cleaning system with the intended dilution and wiping method to support a clear, low-residue finish.
Use on approved glass surfaces according to the product instructions. Coatings and specialist finishes require compatibility assessment.
HOW TO REFILL
Reload. Add water.
Mix. Ready.
Match one refill pod to its specified bottle volume and water quantity.
01 · RELOAD & REUSEUse a compatible bottle.
Place the refill in a suitable reusable spray bottle. The pod and bottle opening are matched as part of the product system.
02 · JUST ADD WATERFill to the defined volume.
Add the specified quantity of water. The formula is designed for preparation with cold or warm water; follow the finished product directions.
03 · MIX & READYAllow full dissolution.
Gently shake as directed and allow the film and concentrate to dissolve completely. Dissolution time depends on formula, water temperature and mixing conditions.
A DIFFERENT MANUFACTURING AND DELIVERY SYSTEM
Keep the cleaning ingredients.
Reduce repeated water and packaging.
Refills make a compact concentrate the repeat-purchase product. Water is added where the cleaner is used, while the main spray bottle stays in service.
Lower shipped weight and volume, compact storage and less repeated rigid packaging create opportunities for lower delivered costs and less packaging waste.
01 · BOTTLE REUSELess packaging to replace
Retain a suitable spray bottle across refill cycles. Packaging reductions are assessed against the chosen bottle and refill-pack comparison.
02 · INGREDIENT CHOICESConsidered chemistry
Ingredient screening can consider the EPA Safer Chemical Ingredients List alongside performance requirements. Ingredient selection does not by itself establish product certification.
03 · COMPACT REPLENISHMENTMove less dilution water
Supply the concentrate and add water locally. Delivered cost and environmental outcomes depend on the complete formulation, packaging and logistics system.
