Dish Soap Concentrate Refills
HAND DISHWASHING · ADD WATER · REUSE THE BOTTLE
Concentrated ingredients. Familiar dishwashing performance.
Bring everyday dishwashing liquid to a compact refill format. Revopods uses water-soluble film as a temporary carrier for the concentrated cleaning ingredients. Add water in a reusable bottle to prepare dish soap with the intended grease-cutting performance, foam and viscosity.
The refill changes what is manufactured and delivered, reducing repeated transport of water and purchases of new bottles.

Refill the Dish Soap. Reuse the Bottle.
The cleaning ingredients travel. The water comes from you.
Traditional ready-to-use dish soap includes water and a bottle in every repeat purchase. Revopods delivers the concentrated cleaning formula in a compact water-soluble pod, ready to be reconstituted where it is used.
The development goal is the same or better dishwashing experience as the selected bottled benchmark. Value comes from changing manufacturing, packaging, shipping and storage, while retaining the intended cleaning ingredients.

Full Dishwashing Performance Is the Starting Point
Concentration should preserve the useful functions of dish soap. Develop the diluted formula around grease removal, foam behaviour, rinse-off and a familiar dispensing texture. Compare it with the bottled product your customers already use.

Formula, Film and Bottle Work as One System
Active Content Delivery System
01 · Concentrated cleaning ingredients
Deliver the surfactants and supporting formula components in a compact dose, with the water added at the point of use.
02 · Temporary water-soluble carrier
The film holds the concentrate during storage and releases it during the defined preparation process. Formula and film compatibility support storage and complete dissolution.
03 · Dilution-responsive texture
The formulation is developed to reach its intended viscosity after mixing and equilibration. Bottle, closure, water quality and preservation are considered together.
Prepared-product performance and use life depend on the approved formula and preparation instructions.
A Complete Dish Soap Refill Product System
Develop the concentrate pod, reusable bottle and repeat-purchase packaging as one coordinated product. Options may include a bottle starter kit, moisture-resistant refill pouch, retail carton and shelf-ready tray.
Private-label projects can define cleaning profile, fragrance, colour, pod shape, refill size, pack count, bottle, closure and artwork. The pack should clearly identify hand dishwashing use, concentrate dose and preparation method.

Is this a dishwasher pod?
No. This refill prepares liquid dish soap for washing dishes by hand. It should not be placed in an automatic dishwasher.
Will the prepared dish soap perform like bottled liquid?
The diluted formula is developed against a selected conventional bottled product for cleaning, foam, rinse-off and viscosity. Equal or better performance should be demonstrated on the final formula.
How many refills go into one bottle?
The current design basis is two 40 g refills for a target 500 ml system. Follow the approved product label for the final dose and exact water fill line.
Why can the mixture thicken after preparation?
The viscosity platform is designed to respond to dilution and equilibration. If warm water is specified, cooling can contribute to the final texture. Follow the defined mixing and rest instructions.
Can I add extra water?
Use the approved dilution. The final formula should be assessed for tolerance to realistic filling variation, rather than relying on an unspecified dilution range.
What is the difference between liquid and powder–liquid refills?
They are formulation platforms. A hybrid pod can separate selected solid and liquid ingredients during storage; the format is chosen around ingredient compatibility, dissolution and the intended finished product.
Why can refills offer better value?
Less water and repeated bottle packaging need to be manufactured, shipped and stored. Actual selling price depends on the formula, pack, delivery and channel.
How long can I keep the prepared product?
Use the validated after-dilution period shown on the final label. Preservation, preparation water and bottle cleanliness affect the prepared product’s stability.

Better value starts with a different manufacturing and delivery system.
The saving opportunity comes from removing repeated transport and storage of water and reducing repeated bottle purchases. Concentrated refills can make room for reasonable pricing while retaining the intended formula quality. Compare cost per prepared bottle, including delivery and reusable hardware.
Our team has worked in water-soluble pod manufacturing and development since 2012. In-house equipment, formulation and product design, together with global partner collaboration, support an integrated product ecosystem.
Bottle reuse and lower shipped weight can reduce material and transport demand. The overall environmental result depends on the final formula, film, packaging, logistics and number of bottle reuses.
