A liquid concentrate designed for rich foam
Build the diluted formula around cleansing, foam quality, rinse-off and comfortable skin feel. The concentrate is delivered in water-soluble film, with rapid, complete dissolution as a core design requirement.
The diluted formula is developed against a selected conventional bottled hand wash for cleansing, foam or gel texture, skin feel and rinse-off.

01 · Rapid, complete mixing
Deliver the concentrated cleansing ingredients in a temporary water-soluble film carrier. Follow the defined water amount, temperature and mixing instructions.
02 · Protective inlet filtration
Specify filter mesh, location and flow resistance around the finished formula. An inlet filter protects the mechanism; the mesh inside a foaming pump has a different role in creating foam.
03 · Matched reusable dispenser
Foam uses a foaming pump; gel uses a viscosity-compatible liquid pump. Materials, seals and filter serviceability support repeated refill cycles.
Filtration aims to reduce blockage risk and support longer service life. It does not replace complete dissolution or pump maintenance.

Coordinate concentrate dose, prepared volume, bottle capacity, pump selection and packaging instructions. Private-label projects can include formula, fragrance, pod appearance, pack count, hardware and artwork.
Keep unopened water-soluble pods in their validated moisture-resistant outer packaging. Foam and gel formats should be clearly identified.

How quickly does the refill dissolve?
Fast dissolution is a development priority. The final instruction must reflect the tested formula, film, water temperature, hardness and mixing method; no fixed time is promised here.
Will the refill leave residue?
The system is designed for complete mixing without visible undissolved film or particles under its specified preparation conditions. This does not mean the product contains no dissolved ingredients.
Can the filter prevent every blockage?
It helps manage stray particles when correctly specified. Full dissolution, suitable viscosity, clean water and pump maintenance remain essential.
Will it feel like conventional bottled hand wash?
The diluted formula is developed against a selected bottled benchmark for cleansing, foam or gel texture, skin feel and rinse-off. Equal or better performance should be demonstrated on that finished formula.
Can I use a bottle I already own?
Only use a clean, compatible bottle with the correct capacity and pump type. Foam and gel refills are not interchangeable without checking the dispenser.
Why can a refill offer better value?
Less water and repeat packaging need to be shipped and stored. Actual consumer price depends on formula, pack, channel, delivery and reusable hardware.
How long can I keep the prepared hand wash?
Use the shelf life and after-dilution use period on the approved label. Preservation and stability should be established for the specified water and preparation process.
