Revopods is not a conventional filling or contract-packaging factory.
We independently develop the complete system required to transform a cleaning-product concept into a stable, scalable and commercially viable refill product.
In-House Formulation
Every formulation is developed around the complete product system, including concentration level, water-soluble film compatibility, dissolution, dilution stability, cleaning performance, fragrance and user experience.
We can customize formulations according to performance targets, cost requirements, regulatory conditions and market positioning.
Customized Equipment
Our production equipment is developed and adapted specifically for refill-pod manufacturing.
This allows us to work with different product sizes, filling volumes, viscosities, chamber structures, powder-liquid combinations and packaging formats.

The mold determines more than the appearance of a pod.

Independent Product Design
We design the complete customer experience, including pod size, bottle volume, dilution ratio, mixing method, packaging format, instructions, color, fragrance and compatibility with future automated systems.
