Water-soluble film acts as a temporary carrier for concentrated cleaning ingredients. It delivers the formulation to the user, then dissolves during preparation so water can be added at the point of use.
This changes the manufacturing, transport and use of cleaning products. By concentrating the formula and keeping the main container in service, refill systems create opportunities to reduce repeated packaging, freight and storage costs.
Our objective is to retain the intended cleaning performance and user experience while making the complete product system more efficient. The value created can benefit customers, brands, manufacturers and supply-chain partners.
