REVOPODS TECHNOLOGIES
Built to work.
Built to evolve.
Built to create value.
An integrated technology platform for delivering concentrated cleaning ingredients through water-soluble refills.
We bring the formulation, carrier, product structure and manufacturing process together—and develop the preparation systems that can take refills further.

SINCE 2012 · EXPERIENCEWater-soluble pod expertise
Manufacturing and development experience across formulations, materials, equipment and production processes.

TWO FORMULATION ROUTESLiquid & powder–liquid
Refill development and production capability for liquid-only and combined powder–liquid formats.
IN-HOUSE · ENGINEERINGFormula, equipment & design
Own formulation development, production-equipment engineering and product-design capabilities.
THE CORE PRINCIPLE · ACTIVE CONTENT DELIVERY
The film is the carrier.
The formula delivers the function.
Water-soluble film is a temporary carrier that transports a defined dose of concentrated cleaning ingredients to the user. During preparation, the carrier dissolves and releases the formulation into water.
Revopods develops the concentrate around the finished diluted product. Cleaning performance, stability, viscosity and use experience are treated as formulation requirements rather than compromises imposed by the refill format.
ACTIVE CONTENT DELIVERY SYSTEM · ACDS
Formulation + carrier
+ manufacturing
+ preparation system
Deliver the ingredients compactly. Add the dilution water where they are used. Restore the intended product in a reusable container.
The dose, water quantity, dissolution and mixing instructions are defined for each product.
01 · WE HAVE THE CAPABILITY
Six connected technologies.
One complete development platform.
Reliable refills require chemistry, materials and engineering to work together. Revopods develops the key elements in-house and connects them with specialist global partners.
01 · FORMULATION ENGINEERINGConcentrate, then restore
Develop the cleaning ingredients, functional additives and final-use performance as one system.
For suitable applications, dilution-triggered thickening restores the intended liquid texture after water is added. Liquid and powder–liquid routes provide different formulation options.
02 · CARRIER ENGINEERINGMatch formula & soluble film
Coordinate film selection with formulation compatibility, handling, sealing and storage requirements.
Develop the carrier to retain the formulation through delivery and dissolve under the intended preparation conditions.
03 · PRODUCT ENGINEERINGDefine the dose & use routine
Match pod structure, dose, bottle volume and dilution ratio to the intended cleaning task.
Connect bottle compatibility, mixing method and instructions with the consumer’s repeated-use experience.
04 · EQUIPMENT ENGINEERINGBuild around the product
Develop filling, film handling, sealing and cutting around the formulation and pod format.
Our engineering capability spans dedicated refill production and the design of larger pod systems in the 600–1,400 pods-per-minute range, configured for project requirements.
05 · MOLD & PROCESS DESIGNMake the structure manufacturable
Coordinate mold geometry with film stretch, fill capacity, sealing area and chamber arrangement.
Integrate product design with the production process to support repeatable manufacturing.
06 · PREPARATION HARDWAREConnect refills with reuse
Develop around reusable bottles, mixing bases and mixing bottles.
Integrated mixing and dosing hardware is a further development direction that connects the formulation with more automated preparation and use.
SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT
Connect each technical choice
to the finished product.
A refill concept moves toward a commercial product when formulation, manufacturing and the use routine meet the same specification.
01 · FORMULA & CARRIERCompatibility & storage
Define how formulation, film and packaging need to perform together during manufacture, storage and delivery.
02 · PREPARATION & USEDissolution & final performance
Assess the intended water volume, mixing conditions, dissolution, diluted-product stability and cleaning experience.
03 · INDUSTRIALIZATIONProduction & product specification
Align filling, sealing, product consistency and packaging with the approved specification and target-market documentation.
02 · THE TECHNOLOGY HAS ROOM TO GROW
From a compact refill
to a connected delivery system.
Refills provide a platform for separating product manufacture from final dilution. The same principle can connect multiple formulations, reusable containers and preparation methods.
Commercial potential comes from improving the complete experience: retain the required performance, reduce delivery costs and make repeat use easy. Each application needs its own formulation and preparation design.
AVAILABLE FOUNDATIONConcentrated refill formats
Liquid and powder–liquid delivery formats support development across hard-surface cleaning, laundry, dishwashing and hand wash.
PREPARATION DEVELOPMENTMake reconstitution easier
Reusable bottle design and mixing systems can make the preparation routine clearer and more convenient.
HARDWARE DEVELOPMENTIntegrate mixing & dosing
Connect refills with hardware that automates preparation and controlled dispensing for selected applications.
LONGER-TERM EXPLORATIONMore adaptive delivery
Explore how formulation modules, application information and device control could deliver a dose more closely matched to the task.
03 · VALUE THAT EXTENDS BEYOND THE PRODUCT
The same cleaning function.
A lower recurring burden.
The opportunity is to reduce the resources needed to deliver an everyday function. Concentrate manufacturing, local dilution and bottle reuse can create value across the product ecosystem.
01 · ACCESSIBLE VALUEBetter economics for everyday use
Less repeated expenditure on dilution water, rigid bottles, freight and storage creates room for more accessible repeat-purchase pricing.
Efficiency can support users, brands, distributors, manufacturers and supply partners.
02 · RESOURCE EFFICIENCYLess to transport and replace
A compact refill can reduce shipped weight and volume while keeping a suitable bottle or dispenser in service.
Environmental gains are assessed across formulation, film, packaging, transport and actual reuse.
03 · SHARED DEVELOPMENTNew value for participants
A coordinated ecosystem creates opportunities for ingredient suppliers, film specialists, equipment developers and product businesses.
Practical innovation becomes lasting value when the product performs, can be manufactured and fits the user’s routine.
