THE HAND SOAP REFILL PRINCIPLE
Deliver the ingredients.
Add the water where they are used.
Conventional liquid hand wash supplies the cleaning formula together with its dilution water. A concentrate refill delivers the hand-wash ingredients in a compact format, enclosed in water-soluble film, with the final dilution taking place at the point of use.
Follow the specified dose, water volume and mixing instructions to restore the hand wash. The final formula is developed around the desired cleansing, dispensing behavior, foam or gel consistency, fragrance and hand feel.
Match the formula to the dispenser. Foaming hand wash requires a compatible foam pump and suitable liquid flow. Gel hand wash requires a liquid pump and the intended viscosity. Commercial systems add dispenser and replenishment requirements.

Understanding hand soap refills.
How do water-soluble hand soap refills work?
They supply a concentrate enclosed in dissolvable film. Mix the specified refill dose with the defined water volume, allow full dissolution, and use the prepared hand wash in a compatible bottle or dispenser.
What is the difference between foam and gel hand wash?
Foaming hand wash uses a compatible foam pump and a liquid formula suited to that pump. Gel hand wash uses a suitable liquid pump and a formula developed for the intended viscosity. The formula and dispenser should be selected together.
Can the same refill be used in any dispenser?
Dispenser compatibility is product-specific. Pump flow, liquid viscosity, material compatibility and output are evaluated for the specified system. Follow the final product instructions.
Where can the refill system save cost?
It can reduce repeated purchases of rigid bottles and the weight and volume of transported dilution water. Actual savings depend on formula, packaging, shipping, bottle reuse and scale.
How long can the prepared hand wash be stored?
