DISH SOAP REFILLS
Keep the cleaning.
Leave the extra water behind.
Concentrated dish soap, sealed in water-soluble film. Add water in a reusable bottle to make everyday washing-up liquid—without buying and shipping a new water-filled bottle each time.
Revopods brings formulation, pod design and manufacturing together to develop liquid and powder–liquid dish soap refills for your brand.

THE REFILL PRINCIPLE
The ingredients you need.
The water you add at home.
Traditional dish soap is supplied with its dilution water already in the bottle. Our approach removes most of that water from the supplied formula, retains the cleaning ingredients in a concentrated format, and encloses them in water-soluble film.
When the refill is mixed with the specified amount of water, the film dissolves and the concentrate reconstitutes into ready-to-use dish soap. Formula development focuses on grease removal, foam, viscosity and a familiar washing-up experience after dilution.
Designed for hand dishwashing. These are bottle refills for washing-up liquid, not pods for automatic dishwashers.
FROM CONCENTRATE TO EVERYDAY DISH SOAP
Place the specified number of pods in a suitable reusable bottle.
Follow the formula-specific water volume and mixing instructions.
Allow full dissolution, then use the reconstituted dish soap.
A compact refill.
A full bottle of everyday utility.
Dose, addition order, water volume and dissolution time are defined for each final product.
WHY THE ECONOMICS CHANGE
Save through a better supply system.
The opportunity comes from changing how dish soap is made, packed, transported and replenished. Consumers no longer need a new rigid bottle and factory-added dilution water with every purchase.
01 · MANUFACTURINGProduce the concentrate.
Manufacture and encapsulate a compact formula, with the final dilution taking place at the point of use. This changes the production and filling system around the product.
02 · PACKAGINGRefill the bottle you own.
A reusable bottle becomes part of the household routine. Subsequent purchases supply the refill, reducing the need to repeatedly buy new rigid bottles.
03 · TRANSPORT & STORAGEMove less water.
Removing most of the dilution water reduces the weight and space associated with supplying ready-to-use liquid, creating opportunities to lower freight and storage costs.
Final savings depend on formula, dose, protective packaging, production scale and distribution. The goal is to remove avoidable supply costs while preserving the user experience.
DISH SOAP REFILL FORMATS
Two formula routes.
One familiar washing-up routine.
Choose the architecture around the formula, target cost and consumer experience. Both routes are developed to become liquid dish soap after adding water.
01 · LIQUID CONCENTRATELiquid Dish Soap Refills
A concentrated liquid formula in water-soluble film. A direct route for surfactant-led dish soap systems, developed for grease removal, foam and the desired viscosity after dilution.
Formula and film are selected together to support storage stability and reliable reconstitution.
02 · POWDER + LIQUIDPowder–Liquid Dish Soap Refills
Liquid and dry ingredients are held in separate chambers within one refill. This offers additional formulation flexibility when selected ingredients benefit from separate storage.
Powder selection, phase ratio and chamber design are developed together so the complete system dissolves and delivers the intended dish soap after dilution.
Pod illustrations are conceptual. Final shape, color, dose and chamber structure are project-specific.
THE REVOPODS FOUNDATION
A complete product ecosystem.
Built around making refills work.
A successful refill depends on more than a concentrate. Chemistry, film, product structure and production must work together.
01 · EXPERIENCEPod expertise since 2012.
Our team's manufacturing and product development experience in water-soluble pods dates back to 2012. That practical knowledge informs formula compatibility, encapsulation, mold design and production processes.
02 · COLLABORATIONA global partner ecosystem.
We work with leading global partners to build a new manufacturing ecosystem for refill products, connecting materials expertise with formulation, equipment and product development.
03 · IN-HOUSE DEVELOPMENTEquipment, formulas & design.
Our independently developed production equipment, proprietary formulations and in-house product designs form an integrated foundation—from the refill concept to its manufacturing process.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Understanding dish soap refills.
How do water-soluble dish soap refills work?
They supply a concentrated formula enclosed in dissolvable film. Add the specified amount of water in a suitable bottle and follow the mixing instructions. The film dissolves and the concentrate becomes ready-to-use washing-up liquid.
Why can this format cost less?
It changes the cost structure: less factory-added dilution water to transport and store, and fewer new rigid bottles purchased with repeated refills. Actual consumer pricing depends on formulation, packaging, manufacturing scale and the sales channel.
Does a refill mean compromising on dish soap performance?
Our development goal is a familiar or better washing-up experience after reconstitution. Cleaning, foam and viscosity are formula targets that must be validated in the diluted product; the refill format alone does not establish performance.
Which is better: liquid or powder–liquid?
The best choice depends on the ingredients and intended user experience. Liquid refills provide a direct concentrate route. Powder–liquid structures add flexibility by storing selected dry ingredients separately. The choice follows the formula requirements.
Can the dose be designed for a 500 ml bottle?
Yes. Pod weight and the number of pods per bottle can be developed around a 500 ml finished volume or another target size. The final dose and water instructions are determined by the validated formula.
Can these refills go directly into a dishwasher?
No. This product category is intended to reconstitute hand dishwashing liquid in a bottle. It is not an automatic dishwasher detergent pod.
