LAUNDRY LIQUID DETERGENT REFILLS
Your laundry liquid.
A smarter way to refill.
Two 40 g concentrate pods prepare 500 ml of high-quality laundry liquid with approximately 15% active content. Add water, reuse your bottle and keep the familiar liquid-detergent routine.
Special cold-water-soluble film allows preparation in room-temperature water. The formulation includes antibacterial ingredients and water softeners to support the prepared product’s stability and suitability for different regional water conditions.

Deliver the ingredients.
Add water where they are used.
Water-soluble film acts as a temporary carrier for concentrated laundry ingredients. Instead of transporting another bottle of diluted detergent, deliver two compact 40 g refills and prepare 500 ml of laundry liquid at the point of use.
The standard system restores a high-quality liquid detergent with approximately 15% active content. Cleansing, viscosity, fragrance and dispensing are developed around the finished liquid, so users can keep their familiar washing routine.
Prepare the bottle first. Dose the wash afterwards. These pods are concentrates for making laundry liquid. Use the prepared liquid according to its washing instructions; do not treat one refill pod as one wash dose.
STANDARD 500 ml REFILL SYSTEM
Use a clean, compatible bottle and the specified amount of room-temperature water.
Add two unopened 40 g pods with dry hands. Mix as instructed until fully dissolved.
Allow the liquid to settle. Measure the prepared detergent for each wash as directed.
Two compact refills.
One 500 ml bottle of laundry liquid.
500 ml is the finished product volume. Use the specified water fill amount and preparation sequence for the final bottle system.
DESIGNED FOR REAL HOMES AND REAL WATER
Simple preparation.
Quality in the finished liquid.
Film, formulation and water-quality management work together to restore a laundry liquid that suits the intended market and everyday washing routine.
01 · ROOM-TEMPERATURE MIXINGCold-water-soluble film.
Special fast-dissolving water-soluble film enables preparation in room-temperature water. Complete dissolution is developed alongside the concentrate and mixing method.
02 · RESTORED PERFORMANCEApprox. 15% active content.
The standard two-pod system prepares 500 ml of high-quality laundry liquid. Develop its cleaning performance, texture and fragrance against the intended conventional liquid-detergent benchmark.
03 · WATER & STABILITYDesigned around local water.
Water softeners help manage water hardness. Antibacterial ingredients are included as part of the formulation strategy supporting the stability of the prepared product.
The final formula, water-hardness range and after-mixing use period are evaluated together. Antibacterial ingredients do not by themselves establish a disinfecting or fabric-sanitising claim.
STANDARD AND CUSTOM REFILL FORMATS
Less water to deliver.
A refill matched to your market.
Refills change manufacturing, transport and use: make the concentrate, add water locally and keep the bottle in service. Reducing repeated water and bottle delivery creates room for better everyday value.
01 · STANDARD 500 ml SYSTEM2 × 40 g → 500 ml.
Two 40 g concentrate pods prepare one 500 ml bottle of laundry liquid with approximately 15% active content. A coordinated formula, bottle and preparation guide keep the refill routine consistent.
02 · CUSTOM 450 g SYSTEM1 × 40 g → 450 ml.
A separate custom formulation can use one 40 g refill to prepare 450 ml of finished laundry liquid. Active content and cleaning specification are developed for the required quality level; they differ from the standard 500 ml system.
03 · BRAND & CHANNEL FITBuild your refill range.
Develop reusable bottle starter kits, repeat-purchase refill packs and private-label packaging. Align fragrance, prepared-liquid texture and water-quality requirements with your target customers.
450 g denotes finished product mass; 500 ml denotes finished product volume. They are separate formula specifications. Actual value and environmental benefits depend on formulation, outer packaging, transport and bottle reuse.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Questions about laundry liquid refills.
How much laundry liquid do two refills make?
The standard system uses two 40 g refills to prepare 500 ml of finished laundry liquid, with approximately 15% active content.
Should I add the pods to 500 ml of water?
500 ml is the final prepared product volume, not the amount of water to add. Follow the specified water fill amount and mixing sequence for the selected bottle and formula.
What is the single-pod 450 g option?
It is a separate custom formulation: one 40 g refill prepares 450 g of finished laundry liquid. The quality level, active content and cleaning performance are specified separately; the standard system’s 15% figure does not automatically apply.
Can I prepare the detergent in room-temperature water?
Yes. Special cold-water-soluble film is used for room-temperature preparation. Follow the final product instructions for the water conditions, mixing method and complete-dissolution endpoint.
Does one refill pod equal one wash?
No. A refill pod is used to prepare a bottle of laundry liquid. Measure the finished detergent according to the load size, soil level and water-hardness guidance on its label.
How does the formula address different water conditions?
Water softeners help manage hardness. The formulation is developed and assessed for the intended regional water conditions, rather than assuming all water sources behave identically.
Why are antibacterial ingredients included?
They form part of the formulation strategy intended to support prepared-product stability. The final preservation system and use period are evaluated for the selected preparation conditions. Fabric-sanitising or disinfecting claims require separate support.
Can it perform like conventional laundry liquid?
The prepared product is developed around a selected conventional liquid-detergent benchmark. Confirm cleaning, texture and dosing performance on the final diluted formula.
Why can concentrate refills offer better value?
Less dilution water and fewer replacement bottles need to be manufactured into finished packs, shipped and stored. The selling price depends on formulation, packaging, reusable hardware and distribution.
Can I develop a private-label product?
Projects can include the quality level, fragrance, active content, refill configuration, reusable bottle, retail packs and artwork. Share your target market and product brief to define the scope.
